Abstract
The v/c ratio of critical lane group and minimum delay of vehicle are the timing optimization scheme for signalized intersection. This paper present a new random control delay computation model based on known. According to different urban the operation features of signalized intersections, the optimization scheme is proposed for signalized timing based on the calculation of timing optimization and capacity at signalized intersections. At last, the example results show that it is suitable to use timing at signalized intersections.
