Nanometer titanium dioxide can be made by gas-phase method and liquid-phase method.The later is focused on for its be- nefits.Current research progress in liquid-phase reaction preparation processes and characterization methods of nanometer are reviewed in the paper.Suggestions on research orientation are also raised.
