Abstract
The experiment research of the squeeze mode MR fluid damper which has small displacement is presented in this paper.The absorbing power identity and damp identity as well as the saturation magnetic of the MRF-01K made by Chongqing Instrument Material Research Institute are described detailed.Testing showed that: with the current increase in the shock absorber,the indicator diagram curve area surrounded increases gradually,the power dissipation is increased,and the vibration is suppressed as well.There is less relationship between the indicator diagram curve area and frequency of vibration exciter.Moreover the force-velocity figure shows that the output force of the MR fluid damper not only has relationship with current but also with frequency.The current and frequency are greater;the output force of MR fluid damper is bigger.
