Abstract
The temperature was important to the developmental duration of Liriomyza huidobrensis determined at 4 constant temperature: 15℃, 20℃, 25℃, 30℃. Results showed that the development times was short with temperature rising. at range 15~30℃. There was a negative correlation between temperature and the developmental duration from egg to pupa of L.huidobrensis from 15℃ to 30℃, the coefficient of correlation was -0.7155. Eggs and larva can finish all the development stages at temperature from 15℃ to 30℃,but the emergence rate of pupa would be depressed by high temperature. The emergence rate was only 4.55% at 30℃. There was a positive correlation between temperature and the emergence rate of adult from 15℃ to 25℃, their correlation coefficient was +0.9744.The best temperature range was 20℃~25℃ for the L. huidobrensis finished it's life history. The flight and daily activity was studied by yellow trap at different period one day. The result showed that the population peak of the adult leaf miner appeared from 5∶30 to 7∶30 in the dry-hot season.
