Abstract
The stem segments and tips of red raspberry,Fengmanhong and were used as explants to study their isolated culture and plant regeneration frequency in vitro culture.The appropriate media for bud differentiation was MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+ active carbon (0.1%) which was suitable for thornless red raspberry and the induced rate of buds was the highest and up to 95.24%; MS+KT 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.03 mg/L+GA 6 mg/L+ active carbon 0.1% was suitable for Yellowberry and the induced rate was up to (94.44%); MS+KT 0.5 mg/L which appended carbon 0.1% was suitable for Fengmanhong and the induced rate was up to 88.89%. For multiplication, MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L was suitable for thornless red raspberry and Fengmanhong, the multiple for multiplication was up to 7 and 5; MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L was suitable for yellowberry, the multiple for multiplication was up to 5. For rooting,1/2 MS+IBA 0.3 mg/L+IAA 0.5 mg/L was suitable for thornless red raspberry and the rate of rooting was 93.33%; 1/2 MS+IBA 0.6 mg/L+IAA 1.0 mg/L was suitable for yellowberry and the rate of rooting was 86.67%;, 1/2 MS+IBA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L was suitable for Fengmanhong and the rate of rooting was (86.67%). The survival rates of seedlings of all varieties in river sand were more than 90%.If transplanted to humus :river sand=3∶1, the survival rates of three varieties were more than 96%.
