Abstract

Systematic Study on major stage of tissue culture of excellent 4red raspberry varieties:Tullameen,Wilamette,Fertodi and Heritage.The results indicated that in industrial production,the stem tip of April to June and stem segment of September were selected as the optimum explants.and the appropriate media for respective culture stages were:for regeneration of stem tips:1/2MS+BA 0.75mg/L+GA30.5mg/L;for regeneration of stem segments:1/2MS+BA 0.5 mg/L+IAA 0.2mg/L+GA30.5mg/L;By orthogonal design concluded,for differentiation and multiplication of Tullameen and Heritage:MS+BA 0.35mg/L+IAA 0.1mg/L+GA30.3mg/L,of Wilamette and Fertodi:MS+BA 0.35 mg/L+IAA 0.1mg/L+GA30.3mg/L;the multiple for multiplication was up to 4~6;for rooting:1/2MS+IAA 0.3 mg/L+IBA 0.2mg/L;the mean rate of rooting was 85.3%;with the experiment,vermiculite was the excellent matrix,Transplanting surviving rate could reach 90.2%.
