Abstract
As PAN contains a large amount of hydrophobic radicals, the polyacrylonitrile fiber has poor hydroscopic property and is easy to generate static, which not only affect the processing behavior of polyacrylonitrile fiber but also decrease the wear behavior of fabrics.Adding antistatic agent in the polyacrylonitrile fiber spinning solution is an important method of enduing polyacrylonitrile fiber with antistatic property. The rheological behavior of such antistatic polyacrylonitrile fiber spinning solution was studied with self-prepared white metallic oxide compound electric conduction powder as antistatic agent to provide theoretical basis for the rational selection of spinning process.
