Abstract
The article carries on static state electricity test experiment to the30 mining flat type connector units, analyzes and draws the positions where the largest stress is produced. At the same time, uses the finite element software of ANSYS to analyzes the mechanics simplified model of connector units, and compares it with the results of experiment.Contributed to finding out the tooth part destroying laws. It's significant to the improvement of the tooth shape and fatigue analysis later on.
