Abstract

the article uses the finite element software of ANSYS to analyze the mechanics simplified model of connector units under the non-linear state. The distribution law of stress of tooth part is obtained. In view of the above, the article carries out static and dynamic state experiments theΦ30 for mining flat type connector units obtaining the biggest stress position. After the comparison of the experimental results with the conclusion to through the experimental results compared with the analysis of finite element. the flaw of the tooth shapes found . It抯 significant to the improvement of the tooth shape and fatigue analysis later on.
