Abstract
Objective To explore the reclining lithotomy position on the minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy (PCNL) patients. Methods 60 cases of PCNL patients were divided into the prone position, lateral position, reclining lithotomy position groups, 20 patients in each group, to observe for three kinds of position patients before and after placement of heart rate, blood pressure changes; record operating time, postoperative comfort. Results All operations were successful, reclining position lithotomy position after placement of blood pressure, heart rate, body position was more stable than the others, and operative time was significantly shortened, compared with the lateral position of comfort has improved significantly. Conclusions PCNL patients with recumbency lithotomy position, both to ensure patient comfort, and convenient operation, steady respiratory and circulatory function, can improve the work efficiency
