Abstract
Objective To study superselective angiographic diagnosis and embolization of intractable epistaxis in 31 cases Methods Superselective angiographic diagnosis and embolization of epistaxis were performed with polyvinyl alcohol particles using transfemoral approach Results Satisfactory results were achieve No recurrence of nose bleeding in 412 month follow up Conclusions Superselective angiographic diagnosis, embolization and appropriate embolic particlesize are important for successful treatment of massive epistaxis
