Comparative Study on Two Forms of States Origin:Preliminary Probe into the Road of State Origin

There are two kinds of model theory about state forming in the early stage,which are making a strong impact,they are clan model theory(clan→tribe→tribal confederacy→state) and tribe country model theory(group→tribe→tribe country→state).Some scholars think that clan model theory is out of date,and maintain that clan model theory should be represented by tribe country model theory;however,there are some scholars who defend tenaciously clan model theory is only right.In fact,both of views are one-sided,so this article will compare these two models and put forward a new kind of model about state origin:clan→tribe→divided society→primitive state.
