Study on the Wild Plant Resource in Henan and its Exploitation and Protection

The research on wild plant resource indicated that there were 89 species of wild plant resources,belonging to 34 genera and 20 families.The areal-types of genera and species were abundant.Based on their geographical distribution,34 genera were classified into 9 area-types,including the temperate distribution pattern plant(70.59%) and the tropical one(29.41%).They can be divided into 6 resource groups,which were ornamental plant(31),oil plant(17),fiber plant(2),starch plant(14),wild fruit(51) and perfume plant(3).For the sustainable use of the wild plant resources,some measures for exploitation and protection were put forward finally.
