On Problems Existed in the Financial Management of Inner Mongolia Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and countermeasures

In areas of the world economy,SMEs are an important and dynamic force with the characteristics of flexible operating mechanism,strong adaptability,less capital occupying,less investment,quick return,complex business types,a large product variety and a huge number of enterprises etc. They are in quite a long time to support the economic growth. However,since 2010,the collapse of large numbers of SMEs exposes the many problems within SMEs,and financial management issues is key to all problems. According to statistics,a third of small and medium- the reason businesses failure is due to unfavorable financial management control. This paper presents the financial management of SMEs in Inner Mongolia's position and status of a simple exposition. Exists for the current SME financing difficulties,weaknesses in financial control,management mode backward,reasonable financing and other issues,puts forward the scientific investment decisions,establishes sound financial system and internal control systems and other countermeasures.
