SMEs in China - Problems and Opportunities

In China, Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SME) are an important part of the national economy. It boosts innovation of science and technology and economic growth. In addition, it can help to stable employment in our country. Therefore, it plays an important role in China’s economic development. However, because some operators of SME ignore the importance of financial management, result in some SME have some serious problem; such as operating difficulties and slow development. This thesis mainly talks about current situation of financial management of SME in China; and compared with financial management mode of SME in Czech Republic. For these problems in financial management of SME in China; such as paying less attention to financial management, management mode messy, financing difficulty, blinding investment and the consciousness of financial control is not strong and so on. By the analyzing, I will find the problem and reasons about financial management of SME in China and Czech Republic. And I will explore right financial management methods to make SME healthy development, improve the system of financial management, and boost the development of SME in China.
