Abstract

Only when reform in the field of public service gets environmental,organizational,institutional and social support,is the reform feasible.Only through reform can public service meet people's requirements for its quantity and quality.It is our option to make public service non-governmental,the supply of public service competitive,public service electronic,and service standardized.
