A Summary of the Past Thirty Years' Research of History of Chinese Legal Theory

In the past 30 years(1978-2008),the research of history of Chinese legal theory has experienced its establishment and booming;the theoretical controversies have occurred in many fields,many fruitful achievements have appeared.Achievements and experiences also have obtained in academic discipline,textbook reform,academic study,faculties,education of history of Chinese legal theory.It is necessary to review and reflect the process of 30 years so as to lay a solid foundation for the in-depth study.
