Abstract

According to the deployment of 17th NCCPC about taking a new road of industrialization,the new industrialization course of Liaoning is arduous,and need organically harmonize new and high technology industry,agriculture,industry,tertiary industry;earnestly take the integrative road of revitalizing province through industry,strengthening province through science and technology,building province through ecology.
