Strategies on Accelerating New Industrialization of Western Liaoning Province

We should explore a new industrialization road fit for regional feature of Western Liaoning Province to realize sustainable development of its economy,build information platform to push through new industrialization development,i.e.transforming traditional industry by means of information technology,and increase software and hardware information construction.Furthermore,we should quick-en economic transformation through developing circular economy,i.e.bringing circular economy into social and economic development plan,converting waste into recycling resources through cleaner production.Finally,we need design agricultural development according to industrial thinking based on local conditions,take industrialization operation of agriculture,develop special processing agricultural industry,and increase technical content of special agricultural products.
