Abstract
Total flavonoids were extracted from tartary buckwheat(Fagopyrum tatricum) by heating reflux method using alcohol solution as extractant. The extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal experiment based on single factor tests. The results showed that factors influencing the extraction yield of total flavonoids from tartary buckwheat ranked from high to low as extraction temperature, solid to liquid ratio, volume fraction of alcohol, extraction time. The optimum extracting conditions of total flavonoids from tartary buckwheat were using alcohol with 70% volume fraction as extractant,mbuckwheat∶Valcohol=1 ∶35(g / mL),extracting at 80 ℃ for 60 min;the extraction yield of total flavonoids was 7.85% under the optimal conditions.
