Abstract
Based on the main line of the hydrologic stations in downstream of Weihe River and background of the problem of flood control system, this paper established the evolution model that based on the river flood evolution from simple to complicate and give a distributing multi-level optimization model by using the Muskinggun flood evolution Method. It can solve the problems of flood predication and flood control in multi-level main canal.By analysis and contrast of theory and real data, the result is satisfying.
