The Problems and Countermeasures of Rural Social Security Insurance in Our Country

Since the implementation of reform and opening policy, our country’s social security cause has been developing rapidly.A social insurance system aiming mainly at taking care of the aged, medical care and unemployment has been set up.Nowadays Chinese rural social insurance demands new institution.Research on the problems of the rural social security insurance system and exploration of the legal way to perfect it have a great significance to constract the system.This article analyzes the problems of our rural social security insurance and reasons.Countermeasures are also brought about for perfecting the aforesaid system.
