Abstract
In the development process of real estate industry,funds play an important role.Based on the concrete situations of our country and experiences of the real estate enterprises in all other countries in financing,this paper introduced the development situations of real estate enterprise financing in our country and the basic financing theories.Then it thoroughly expounded such financing means for enterprises as selling stocks,real estate funds and bonds.Finally,it concretely analyzed advantages and disadvantages of financing methods and their maneuverability.
