Studies on High and New Technology Industry Selection for Jiangsu Coastal Area in the Low-carbon Economy

The low-carbon economy puts forward new requirements for high and new technology industry,thus the selection of it becomes of more importance.This paper describes the status quo of the high and new technology industry of Jiangsu coastal area,and then does the SWOT analysis.Based on the basic ideas,principles and selection standards,it chooses the information industry,advanced manufacturing industry,bio-industry,new material industry,new energy and energy-efficient industry,marine industry,modern agriculture industry and circular economy industry as the key industries in the development of the high and new technology of Jiangsu coastal area.
