Abstract
Regenerable callus and plantlets were obtained from leaf segments of Solanum melougena L.The result showed that medium of MS+NAA 0.1mg/L+6-BA 1mg/L, was the best to induce callus from leaf segments, the rate of callus is 96%; and the differentiation medium, was the best to induce buds from callus, and the rate is 98%; and the best rooting medium was 1/2 MS+NAA 0.02mg/L.
