The higher education is undergoing a shift from a seller's market to a buyer's market.The crisis of enrollment does not exist.The crisis is a trust crisis on higher vocational education.The higher vocational colleges need to expand occupation and continue education space,to establish the interest of students first concept,and to respect students' reasonable demands and right to choose majors,to reform teaching mode.And general education should be highly lighted for cultivating qualified citizens.
