Clinical controlled study on treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding with low dose Mifepristone and Marvelon and Mifepristone

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the therapy of dysfunctional uterine bleeding with low dose Mifepristone and Marvelon and Mifepristone.Methods We analyzed 184 cases who had dysfunctional uterine bleeding in our department from January 2009 to January 2011,all cases were randomly divided into 2 groups of 96 cases in the control group who had given low dose Mifepristone and Marvelon,and 88 case in experimental group who had given low dose Mifepristone.Contrast the therapeutic effect and the level of FSH,LH,E2 and adverse effect.Results The total effective rate was 95.3% and 100% in the two groups(P0.05) and the rate of excellence was higher in the control group.The level of LH,E2 were no significant differences pretherapy(P0.05),the level of FSH were significant differences(P0.05) post-treatment.There were no serious aderse effect.Conclusion Low dose Mifepristone and Marvelon had higher effect than Mifepristone in the dysfunctional uterine bleeding,and had good effection of stanch bleeding,safey.
