Expanding the Scope of an Orderly Political Citizen Participation

Abstract

An orderly political participation of citizens is an important sign of political and democratic improvement, and to achieve it is one of the vital aims in building the socialist political civilization. After analysing the basic features of this participation in our country at present, the paper expounds the general significance of the issue in question and puts forward a few ideas on how to expand the scope of citizen participation.
