Political participation is an action that in a specific institutional framework the ordinary citizens or citizen groups try to influence the government personnel structure and the policy.Orderly political participation is an important way for social rights to restrain state power,and it is an important symbol to the modern political civilization,also it is an important content for building a socialist harmonious society.Construction of the orderly political participation is an important task to the building of political democracy in China at this stage,we must uphold the Four Cardinal Principles,respect the Constitution and the laws,expand channels of political participation,improve the political quality of citizens,build services-oriented government.
