Quality Workflow Modeling Based on Extending UML Activity Diagram

Abstract

The workflow reference model by using unified modeling language(UML) class diagram is presented. The concepts of UML activity diagram and workflow process model are unified. The UML activity diagram according to the concepts of workflow which offset the activity diagram is extended. The extending UML activity diagram is illustrated by the non-conforming product control process which is a typical process of quality management and an application example is shown.
