Abstract
Objective:To establish the limit test of total ginkgolic acid and provide the determinate method and experimental foundation for the related item of Shuxuening injection.Method:Shake the sample with petroleum ether(60-90 ℃),recover the solvent to dryness,and add methanol to dissolve.The separation was performed on a Inertsil ODS-3 C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid(85:10),with detection at 300 nm,flow rate at 1 mL·min-1.Results:There was a linear relationship with the range of 0.42-2.08 ng,r=0.9997;The average recovery(n=12) was 87.81%.Conclusion:The method is specific,sensitive,accurate,and can be used as the test method of ginkgolic acid.
