A Discussion on Reinforcing the Management of State-owned Assets in Univesities

The article expatiates five aspects of problems existing in the management of state-owned assets in universities,including faint consciousness,incomplete management system,the replacement and the unemployment of state-owned assets,the ambiguity of property right and ignorant of the management of intangible assets.And the article brings forward six pieces of advice on reiforcing the management of state-owned assets,which consisted of enhancing the administrant consciousness of state-owned assets in universities,consummating the management system of state-owned assets,strengthening the daily management,founding the imformation management system,intensifying the management of intangible assets and enforcing the management of the transform from non-operating assets to operating assets.
