ANCIENT CHINA CULTURAL EXCHANGE BETWEEN NATIONS’ ACTS FROM THE VIEWPOINT OF THE LEGAL SYSTEM OF THE NORTHERN DYNASTIES

The Northern Dynasty was a regime established by the people who are mainly composed of Xianbei nation.The legal construction of Northern Dynasty served as a link between the preceding and the following in history of Chinese legal system,especially had important influence on Tang Dynasty law,the classic feudal legal institutions.The Han ethnic Confucian culture absorbed by Xianbei nation had become the guiding thoughts.And the practical and flexible style of the minority provided the motive force to the Han ethnic group,which can positively expand the legal construction.In this article,the author thinks that the historical experiences from The Northern Dynasty to The Tang Dynasty attest that on nationality's fusion,it is the communication and integration about the law culture between nationalities that create the civilization of Chinese law system.
