The Exploration of Higher Skilled Talent Training Mode from the Perspective of “Modern Apprenticeship”

Abstract

By combing and analyzing the international typical practice of Apprenticeshiptraining mode,combining with the experiences of apprenticeship in China,the modern apprenticeship could be promoted. In the development of the Modern Apprenticeship path selection,firstly government should strengthen the awareness of responsibility to build open platforms for school-enterprise cooperation. Secondly,the vocational colleges should reform the teaching form by exploring new modes of cultivating highly skilled talents. Finally,it's imperative to continuously improve and innovate the apprenticeship evaluation system in order to guarantee the full growth and success of apprenticeship.
