The Analysis of the Difficulties and Thinking about Modern Apprenticeship in the Process of Propelling

Modern apprenticeship is the hot topic paid attention to by vocational education in our country at present. The connotation of modern apprenticeship and the relationship between modern apprenticeship and school-enterprise cooperation are explained in this paper. Modern apprenticeship can be thought as a kind of new mode of school-enterprise cooperation.The article analyzes the main problems existing in the propelling process of the modern apprenticeship in our department from college, enterprises and students aspects, with the process of propelling modern apprenticeship by electrical system in our college as an example. Suggestions are given from three aspects, which are the institution guarantee, the enrollment reform and evaluation system.
