A study on problems of agricultural land expropriation and cultivated land protection from the perspective of farmland development right

In China,per capita of cultivated land resource is less than a half of the average of that in the world,and the contradiction between people and land is conspicuous.For this reason our country implements the strictest cultivated land protection system,but it has not solved the contradiction between economic development and cultivated land protection from root.This article,starting from the agricultural land expropriation,analyzes the drawbacks of the expropriation system and offers the thinking for settling the problems from setting up land development rights,reforming the current land expropriation system and improving the farmland property right system.
