A Historical Analysis on China's Industrial Structure Transformation during 1949-1957

Abstract

It is the time for China's industrial structure transformation from 1949 to 1957.From the angle of economic history,analysis on the change of industrial policy and industrial structure shows that economic strategy and industrial policy played determinant role on industrial structure transformation.However,the choice of heavy industry priority also leads to potential crisis.
