Abstract
Through the analysis of Yunmeng bamboo slips of Qin dynasty,Zhangjiashan bamboo slips of Han dynasty and the literature which is handed down for generations in Qin and Han dynasty,we find that criminal detection had the quite careful division of labor and the quite scientific methods.These measures and methods have formed the legal system.
