Abstract
The relation between crude toxin production and the optimum culture conditions was examined by testing the toxicity of crude toxin with Chinese cabbage germination inhibition. The results showed that the optimum conditions for toxin production were fries liquid medium at pH 6and at 28℃,with successive dark periods and shaking during culturing.Production of crude toxin reached the highest level on the 10 th day of culturing.
