Abstract

The effective implementation of Modbus protocol in remote monitoring system with Mod-bus-based controllers is studied.Its main techniques and specific definitions are introduced.The hardware structure of remote monitoring system and the design of monitoring software are presented with an example.The development of remote monitoring system with Modbus-based controllers has been accomplished and operated effectively in power plants.
