ATROPINE INJECTION BY MICROPUMP IN SEVERELY ACUTE ORGANOPHOSPHORUS PESTICIDE

Objective To observe the clinical effect of different atropine medications in remedy of severely acute organophosphorus pesticide.Methods 82 patients of severely acute organophosphorus pesticide were divided randomly into the experiment and control groups.Atropine was continuously injected by micropump in the experiment group.Atropine was routinely injected at different time on time.Other first-aid measures and medicine application in the experiment group were the same as in the control group to observe and compare clinic effect of the two groups.Results Patients' vital signs in experiment group were relatively stable.Patients' Body temperature,arterial pulse,accumulating dosage of atropine and time of therapy in the experiment group were lower than those of the control group(P0.01).The curative rate was 92.9% in the experiment group,higher than the curative rate of 77.5% in the control group(P0.01).Conclusion There are several advantage of continuous injection atropine by micropump in treating severely acute organophosphorus pesticide.It can save time and labor and it is easy to observe,adjust and compute the dosage of atropine,promote the rescue rate,decrease contamination for repeated intravenous injections and relieve nursing load,and has proved to be a fine medication.
