Abstract

Objective: to explore the curative effect of atropine injection by micropump in resceing acute severe phosphoram poisoning.Method: 49 patients with severe acute phosphoram poisoning were randomly divided into experiment group and control group.Experiment group was injected with atropine by micropump continuously, and the control group was given normal timely intravenous injections at intervals.Other emergency measures and drug administration are the same.Clinical effects were observed and compared between the two groups.Result: Comprehensive curative effects of atropine injection by micropump is sinigicantly better than that of normal timely intravenous injections. Conclusion:Atropine injection by micropump is featured by constant speed, adequate amount, effiency in time and energy, stability. At the same time, pollution may be avoided resulting from repetitive intravenous injections. It can relieve the nursing load and proves to be a favorable drug administration method.
