Abstract

In the times of knowledge economy, enterprises of our country face hard- to- get opportunities and big challenges. How to maintain and fasten enterprise growth is the central problem of enterprise development. This paper, based on the analysis of knowledge economy, studies on the law of enterprise growth, and holds that the accumulation of knowledge, learning of enterprise, innovation of organization and management are necessary measures for enterprises growth.
