Clinical effect of drug-induced liver disease treated with tiopronin

Objective To investigate the effect of drug-induced liver disease treated with tiopronin.Methods We selected 108 cases of drug-induced liver disease patients from our hospital,they were divided into the observation group and the control group(n = 54),the observation group were treated with Tiopronin;control group were treated with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate,Kuhuang,a course of treatment was 4 weeks.Treatment effect and liver function after treatment in two groups were compared.Results The total rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P 0.05).AST,ALT,ALP,GGT,TBIL of two groups after treatment were significant lower than before treatment,there were significant difference between before and after treatment(P 0.05);ALP,GGT,TBIL in the observation group after treatment were significant lower than that in the control group after treatment(P 0.05).Conclusion Patients with drug-induced liver disease by Tiopronin treatment effect is obvious,can be used as an effective treatment method for the treatment of drug-induced liv er disease in clinical application.
