Abstract
Festivals are the most colorful and attractive culture symbols with local color in human civilization history. In the course of ethnic tourism exploitation, festivals are regarded as cultural resources with rich connotation. It is an extrusive form of ethnic cultures capitalization. At present, ways of festival symbols utilization are following: showing in original region, transplanted and concentrated exploiting in anther region, reconstruction among the ethnic groups which lost their traditional festival cultures, etc. Research on the problems such as the transform and maintenance of the tradition while exploiting ethnic festival has great real significance.
