Abstract

Ten high-yield strains are obtained from 30 white rot fungi and 10 edible fungi through the first screening and the second screening with guaiacol-containing plates, among which glossy ganoderma species produces the highest laccase yield with an extracellular laccase activity of 478.5U/L.
