Abstract

On the basis of AdEasy Adenoviral System,a simple and effective method for constructing the recombinant adenoviral vector encoding the antigen of M.tuberculosis was established.Up to 90% of the picked clones were positive. The green fluorescence from GFP(green fluorescence protein) reporter of 293A cells transfected with the linearized recombinant adenoviral plasmid was observed after 24 h.
