Abstract

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is closely related to EB virus (EBV),we can get an diagnostic marker for NPC screening and early diagnosis through detection of the antibody and DNA of EBV.Besides,it predicts the therapeutic effect,residual lesions and the possibility of recurrence and metastasis.Especially,the DNA of EBV is a better detection of maker for NPC staging and prognosis prediction.
