Research progress on serum or plasma markers of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Incidence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) ranks first among head and neck malignant tumors.It has a property of strong metastasis and invasion and,its position is concealed.Furthermore,the clinical manifestation of NPC is so complicated,and the early symptoms of NPC are also not typical.Consequently,search for highly sensitive and specific serum or plasma markers is helpful to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of NPC,has an important clinical significance.Here,we will make an overview of application and clinical research for serum or plasma markers of NPC
