Research on Establishing the Course of Physique and Health Education in Hebei Universities and Colleges

With the methods of analysis,teaching practice sum-up and questionnaire,domestic and foreign data about the education of physique and health and the common problems of students' physiques and body functions in Hebei universities and colleges are researched.The results show that the establishment of the course of physique and health education meets the needs of the present college students.Specific teaching contents and models are researched in experiments.The course of physique and health education can improve college students' physique and body functions,which is practically important in the sports teaching reform of Hebei universities and colleges.
